Return and Refund Policy
At Laptop Mechanic, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

- Return Window: 15 Days from date of departure.
- Restocking Fee: Up to 15% handling fee may apply.
- Return Shipping: Responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. Return Period
No goods returned after 30 days from the date of departure from Laptop Mechanic’s premises will be accepted for credit or refund.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original packaging and not damaged in any way.
- Warranty seals must be intact.
- Item must be in a working and resalable condition.
- Laptop Screens: Must have all plastic protectors in place and be free of rust, tape residue, scratches, or finger marks.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are sold without a warranty and are not eligible for return:
- Laptop DC Jacks
- Converter cables for LCD panels
- Laptop CPU Fans
4. Shipping and Handling Fees
- Handling Fee: Laptop Mechanic is entitled to charge a handling fee of up to 15% on the invoice value of goods returned or for cancelled orders.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping and delivery costs spent on the returning of goods shall be the responsibility of the customer.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and delivery costs will not be credited or refunded.
5. Warranty Claims
All warranty periods are calculated from the date of our invoice. Faulty goods returned under warranty will be exchanged for a replacement unit or repaired. Under no circumstances will a warranty return be credited.
